Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 25% has been received. Dates are not secured until the deposit is paid.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 28 days before the wedding date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services.
2. Cancellations & Postponements
By the Client:
-
If the wedding is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
-
If cancellation occurs within [e.g. 30 days] of the wedding, the full balance remains payable.
-
If the wedding is postponed, I will make every effort to accommodate the new date. If I am unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
By the Performer:
In the unlikely event I need to cancel, all payments will be refunded in full, or a suitable replacement singer of similar standard will be offered where possible.
3. Illness or Emergency
If I am unable to perform due to illness or emergency circumstances:
-
I will make every reasonable effort to arrange a professional replacement singer.
-
If a replacement cannot be found, a full refund will be issued.
-
I cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the client in securing alternative entertainment.

The client must provide adequate cover/shelter to protect equipment and performer from rain, strong wind, or extreme weather.
-
Access to a safe, dry, and level performance area is required.
-
If suitable cover is not provided, I reserve the right to pause or refuse to perform until conditions are safe.
-
If performance cannot proceed due to unsafe weather conditions, this will not be considered a breach of contract, and no refund will be due.
5. Equipment & Setup
I will provide all necessary sound equipment unless otherwise agreed.
The client/venue must provide:
-
Access to a suitable power source (if required)
-
Adequate setup time before the performance

What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
