How do we secure the booking?

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to save the date, and the remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding.

Do you need a power supply?

For difficult to power venues, I provide a portable speaker that does not require mains power.

What happens on the day?

I will arrive to the venue for setup 1.5-2 hours early (so long as the venue is okay with me doing so). This gives me plenty of time to run a discreet soundcheck and make sure everything is in perfect order for your special day. Following the performance, pack down should take about 20 minutes, then I’ll be sure to catch up with you quickly to thank you and say goodbye!

How much do you charge?

My fees depend on the package selected, the duration of the performance, additional requests, and travel requirements. I'll provide a personalised quote once I have your wedding details.

What do you wear?

Attire can be tailored to your wedding theme or colour scheme. We can discuss your preferences during the song consultation to ensure my outfit compliments your day.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation, the booking fee (deposit) is non-refundable as the date is reserved exclusively for you. If the cancellation occurs within four weeks of the wedding date, the remaining balance may still be payable as the date cannot be rebooked at short notice. Any changes to your date will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
